Aerobic Points
This calculator shows just a few exercise options. Several other
exercises and detail on the point system can be found in Kenneth Cooper's Books.
Dr
Kenneth Cooper and the Cooper Clinic developed a point system to measure and
evaluate the effects of various exercises on the cardiovascular system.
The point system is based upon the premise that the more aerobic an exercise is
the more point values are assigned to it. Further, your fitness condition
can be predicted from the number of aerobic points you do each week.
